does anyone have a sound that comes from up front near the lens when tilting the camera up and down vertically?

it sounds exactly like a little door inside the camera which opens when tilting the lens downwards, and closing when tilting it back up...

it sounds and "feels" like whatever it is, sizes in at about 1"...

i did search first and could only find this post:

I would like to know if anyone has this... and if so.. any problems with your camera. and ALSO!!! those of you that have nothing like it...

Yep. It's actually refered to in your manual.

your the man... i actually posted here and 2pop IMMEDIATEL after hearing the noise... that way while reading the manual.. people would reply eheheh.. on page 24 right now.... had to press refresh lol thanks keep those low light shots a comin'
