Robert M Wright June 9th, 2008, 06:34 AM Honest to goodness, I think you've asked this in several threads now. Herman Van Deventer June 9th, 2008, 12:07 PM Fellipe , I use Cinemacraft for high end encodind jobs only becuse of it's capability to do 3 -4 or more passes on mpeg 2 encoding in vbr mode. After encoding you can acess the encoded file with a graph showing encoding "problems" in problem areas for re encoding of that spesific section. Its control over enoding mpeg 2 clips is unbeatable taking speed vs quality and extended control in consideration. CONS - OUTPUT MPEG 1 & 2 ONLY. I use tmpg express 4.0 for 90 % of my studio's average workflow. It accomodates literally any format on input and output - HDV included. Overall winner - TMPG EXPRESS 4.0 - Swiss Knife for encoding. |
