Bill- shot flat in camera, colour-corrected in vegas, literally all a mixture of colour-curves, hsl, and secondaries. general flow is- CLIP->curves(correction/ matching of contrast and/or colour)->HSL(sat balance)->Secondary(UP saturate skin tones only)->Curves(tone into blue/green)->Curves(contrast tweak)->BW(desat approx 50%). i.e. the key look is to up-sat the skin tones, then tone to blue, then add contrast, then desat. this keeps some life in the skin and stops the overall blue from being too dead.
