I posted this question on the DVD and Web forum and it hasn't received any replies so I will try here. Mods feel free to delete the other one.

I'm wanting to go for a more interactive approach for my company's video. ( example: http://www.bwana.tv )

Essentially creating a lower third for either advertisements or linking out to content related to the video. I'm using Vegas 8, and Sorenson and shooting them up into this player http://www.mac-dev.net/blog/index.php. Other than manually encoding the interactivity in Flash CS3 or related programs, is there an easier way to achieve this? A flash player that has the option to plug in links would be great or even a program than streamlines it.

Is this the sort of thing you mean??? This is the flash channel I am using for my IPTV station.
http://www.tyneteeswear.tv/page_1213665148763.html
It has pop up sponsor links for each clip and a banner at the bottom for a main sponsor, the flash videos in this demo are low quality but the channel player is capable of streaming HD quality.
It costs around $600 per year plus $2 per play
Here is another example for you to view:

The first link doesn't work for me. The second link is similar to what I'm talking about but the link I put in the OP is what I'm looking for. Wasn't wanting a service to do this for me, rather a program that I could do it myself, easily.
