Has anyone sent their EX1 in to have the letters rubbing off problem fixed?
If so, what was your turn around time?
Do they repaint the lettering or replace the body of the camera?

My ex1's letters are rubbing off and based on the last two trips back, door to door time was 2 weeks each time. I believe they will replace the exterior shell on the problem areas.

And it should be noted that they have identified and corrected most of the early manufacturing issues (like paint rubbing off). They should replace the exterior shell for you and the new one should fare better than the first.
