Has anyone gotten Vegas to write a clip or project back to a XDCAM HD Professional Disc in a U1 drive since the firmware and driver upgrades to the U1 last week that are supposed to allow writing in the drive?

When I try to send a clip to disc with Vegas Pro 8 from its XDCAM Explorer I get "Unexpected Error with XDCAM device."

Which version of Vegas? 8b?
I'm on travel, don't have the U1 with me, so can't repro...
