Does anyone know how to make a object once in 3d, cast shaddows and make the light go through the object kind of like stained glass. I have all of the CAST SHADOW boxes checked and stuff.

Thanks Robert Knecht Schmidt August 7th, 2003, 09:08 AM If nothing else you could do it in two passes and composite the two--once for all the light that goes around the object, then invert the shape of the object (make a gobo of sorts) and change the color of the light, then comp that with the first pass.
