Is there anyone tried to purchase the extended warranty from MACK in USA? I know GS100K warranty works only in Japan but can we buy the extended warranty from MACK (they said it can only be purchased until 30 days of original equipment purchase)? They have a world-wide repair service so that it might be possible. Their web page is

I contacted the store and spoke to a rep who stated that they would not issue a warranty for a product that is not sold in the United States, because they would have trouble obtaining manuals in English and Parts. I mentioned that it is really an updated model of the 953 that is sold here now, but she stated that the current model would have to be sold here.
