Is there anyway I can adjust constrast and saturation in Premiere Elements? I was working on it earlier today, and found the auto color, auto contrast, etc. etc., but I need to be able to manually adjust these features. How do I do that?

Hi Jake,
Select the clip in the Timeline, in the Window directly above Select Edit Effects, Image Control will then have three Sliders for adjusting Contrast, Saturation, and Hue.
Check Done.

Hi Jake,
You're most welcome.
Hope you don't get too much snow the next few days.

I work on Premier Elements almost every day (higher-ups won't pay for Pro, yet...).
I've got a series of blog posts, with images and screen grabs, that discuss color correction issues and how to overcome some things related to that in Premier Elements.
I initially had some issue finding controls and whatnot, but I've really got the hang of it now.
Hope this helps:
