Anyone have 2 Sony card readers connected?

I think this will help if I've got an incomplete file by joining the files during import with no extra steps.

Can anyone inform me on their experience with 2 readers connected at the same time. Is it possible to import 2 cards at the same time?

Not sure why you need this, when Clip Browser will join your clips together during import if you send them to the same directory.

SxS 1... clip part1 8gb
SxS 2... clip part2 8gb
SxS 3... clip part3 4gb all sent to HD>Project>BPAV = clip123 20gb

But if you have the time/money to experiment, I'm all ears to hear your findings

We tried running two cards, one in the express card slot of a new macbook pro, one on the usb. It was so slow we gave up.
Several weeks back we tried running two usb streams through the macbook but it seemed slower than running them sequentially so we gave up on that too.
One at a time seems the way to go

Perfect reason why this forum is so useful.

Thank you Denis, you saved me some time/money/and grief.
