Ok colleagues, this is the latest video I have completed at least. Vimeo coughed when I tried to upload the file split into two of about 350 megs each, so I re-edited the video into 3 parts. Now at least the music & footage doesn't stutter as bad when it tries to stream.

I suggest you click on play, then once it starts to stream, immediately stop it, let it buffer all the way, then click on play. The footage gets butchered by the whole conversion process, as the original is crystal clear.

A Philippines Television network had seen my previous footage and they tracked me down while in Anilao and asked if they could send out a film crew and interview me, then follow me around with the same crew for a day and a night dive. They aired it all on a wildlife show along with using the tapes I shot from that assignment.

I personally get a kick out of the tiny skeleton shrimp, the Periclimenes colmani shrimp on the fire urchin, and the greenish bobtail squid dumping sand grains on his head as he covers himself up. To give you an idea of the size of that bobtail squid that looks like a tiny octopus, it is slightly larger than the size of this letter M.

We created a Vimeo Group for all HD dive videos which can be added to by anyone. You can find that here:

Anyway, below is the 3 part Anilao HD underwater videos:

Really nice, clear and stabile pictures. Have you thought of making a story of the UW shots? Now it’s some pretty pictures after each and some clips are a bit too long I think. I think that you are talented enough to make a story.

Cheers
/Markus

Thanks Marcus,

I need to work on the story telling part, that's for sure.
