Hey everyone. Just getting into photography & cinematography. Hoping to advance past the point-click & aim-shoot skills from trolling here. We just picked up some nice shiny new toys prior to Christmas and I want to make the best of them.

My main intention is to record and share pics/vids of my daughters (3 1/2 and 2 year olds), but I'm also interested in making some woodworking videos (ala The Wood Whisperer (http://thewoodwhisperer.com/), but from a novice's perspective).
