So, I really wanted to get something done after my last time on the wall and I figured since I would be in England and Venice I might have a chance as Cold and my home state of Florida posed a challenge for me.

Sadly between flights, getting sick not having internet I have to put my self on the wall.

I will not leave you guys with nothing this time though.

If the theme was Hot I think I would have something here.

So with that, I leave you with a taste of Murano (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Murano) to warm you up during your cold viewings.

Watch something hot (http://www.simplethoughtproductions.com/wp-content/plugins/simple-flash-video/video.php?height=378&width=608&file_name=http://www.simplethoughtproductions.com/wp-content/uploads/Murano.mp4)

Now, Josh--I'm sitting over here bundled up against the cold and you're teasing us with a hot video...that isn't there! ;)

Sorry we don't get to see something from your travels in the form of a movie this round; I was rooting for you.

It will be up in a little bit. I'm having some Gremlins attacking my server at the moment. My apologies!

Glass blowing, as Paris Hilton would say, "that's hot!"

We might be starting a new trend with DVC15. We all just turn in our home videos and say it's not really an entry in the theme based challenge, but here is what I did over the holidays!

Dick,

Dale.

I posted a link to a sailing weekend with my kids on another thread. Lot easier than writing a script, scouting location, organizing snacks, setting lighting and stuff. Where is the link to the real entries?

...a taste of Murano... (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Murano)
Wow!! That guy is fast! Amazing little field trip you took us on, Josh. Thanks. :D

Dick, you know how it goes when forces join--they become a committee and everything slows down. ;)

But Dylan is on it and the films submitted to both DVC and UWOL will get posted in this forum. Just don't know the "when" part yet.

D'oh! My first time with the sharks in 2008. Well at least it's another year now!

It seems strange, but here in the uk the start of the challenge seemed to mark the start of a very mild patch of weather here, which then got cold again 3 days ago ;-) -5 tonight which is pretty damn cold for us islanders......

Oh, and happy new year all!!!
