Someone here mentioned asking for a new chair for Christmas in a previous thread (can't recall who). I though it was a great idea but wasn't sure it was in our budget this year so I didn't mention it.

Well my thoughtful husband went out and bought me one that has a feature that massages your lower back and upper shoulders!!! LOVE IT!! Highly recommend one!

Ugh, so jealous! Massaging chairs weren't in the budget this year... but I see a bonus coming in the future! That sounds spectacular! Yay for your hubby!

luck you. I was just thinking if anyone had the same problem's I did... I can barley turn my head to the left and the right after sitting in the chair I have for more then 2 hours.
I'm an aircraft mechanic by trade, so maybe i'm not cut out for an office type job :-)

In terms of ergonomic chairs, I've tried this one out and love it :

Office Star Ergonomic Knee Chair - Black : Target (http://www.target.com/gp/detail.html/175-9936359-0601823?ASIN=B00020R3OO&AFID=Froogle&LNM=B00020R3OO|Office_Star_Ergonomic_Knee_Chair_Black&ci_src=14110944&ci_sku=B00020R3OO&ref=tgt_adv_XSG10001)

You kneel on it with having all your weight supported by your knees. I was a bit skeptical at first but had no problems using it for an extended period of time.

Hi Luke - I use one of those ball-gags, then combined with noise-cancelling headphones it's bliss!
