Hey guys!

I tried to achieve a new style and put my SGPro adaper on my Beaulieu 4008 ZM2. I call it shooting 08/35 :)

You can see the results here:

Please let me know what you think!

Really great - and I loved the fact that you left in all the film signature clues that tell us it was genuine Super-8 to begin with. All it needed (if I may be so bold) was some letterbox masking.

Good on you for going the extra mile. I have fitted up a Letus Extreme to a Super16 converted CP16RA but was too frightened of the cost to shoot a film test. It would work though and quite well I think.

Thanks for your comments guys.

Actually I tried letterboxing on a wedding film I shot on super8. Looks ok, doesn t make it much better imo. Funny enough I thought about making the gate wider (talking about MAX8), but then it's just not super8 anymore.
I have a Bolex here at home, I can surely understand the cost factor. It'd be interesting to see the difference. I definitely think you won't get so much look... which doesn t neccessarily a bad thing :)

I did it as a test, so I can shoot a commercial music video without having to worry too much about if it will really work out or not :)

What stock did you shoot on?

Never mind, I read it on your link!
