I am so lost! I have never messed with web design before and my brain is hashed with everything their is to know. Finally I decided to go with the basic design of my web host just to get my site up. But what I plan to do is build the page I want then replace it with my existing site. Does anyone have any ideas where I should start? what software I should use and what I need to have to be able to embed my videos onto my new site?

I started out with iweb - but was not happy with the results. I then moved onto rapidweaver and have been very happy.

Check out my comparison site Karel's Tests on Virb.com (http://www.virb.com/kareltests)

You can build a page on Virb like that one or on RevolutionTwo.com (http://www.revolutiontwo.com/demo/tv.html) (I've yet to investigate Revolution, but will feature a report on my site soon).

Revolution Two WordPress Themes (http://www.revolutiontwo.com/) is a great way to go as has been recommended. They sell WordPress themes, very nice stuff.
