Man what a rough day.

Two biggies.

I hate to admit it, I have never watched the Prisoner. :(

But I knew him from Escape from Alcatraz,
Columbo, and the Scarecrow of Romney Marsh among others.

Actually, Patrick had a series before The Prisoner. Remember "Secret Agent", for which "Secret Agent Man" was written. As my memory recalls, anyway.

"They've given you a number, and taken away your name..."

Wow, two in a day. Wonder if we'll have the third soon?

(Always seems like they go in threes.)

I am expecting that a memorial plaque to him will be erected somewhere in Portmeirion where "The Prisoner" was filmed, though it will probably take a year or so to happen. I go there regularly and will keep an eye open.
