I'm just about ready to take the plunge and upgrade from my Canon XHA1 however I have a question....
Having downloaded the manual, there only seems to be either a 'full auto' mode or full manual. Is there an 'aperture priority' or 'shutter priority' mode on the EX1? I find both these modes quite useful though not absolutley required.

You can set the iris to manual and AGC on for 'aperture priority', or set shutter manually fixed but leave the iris on auto for the 'shutter priority' mode.
