I'm looking at this 2 tripod system for my DVX100. It will be use for mostly weddings. A few questions.

1. Are any of this head a fluid head?

2. Does it have a quick release in case I need to take the camera off asap?

P.S. Any other recommendation on tripods beside the 2 I mentioned is welcome. But it has to be a user that uses the DVX100.

Thanks all,
RS

Ray,
According to the Vinten site, the Vinten Pro 5 is not sold in the U.S. or Canada. Where are you planning to get it?

If you budget allows, I'd highly recommend a Vinten Vision 3 head with carbon fiber legs. It's a system that can adapt to a variety of loads (with their selection of counterforce springs) and handles the DVX100 very well. Consider that it's likely your tripod and head will long outlive your current camera.

Ken,

I found a couple of people selling them on Ebay.

No comparison, Vinten is the better setup. It will out perform the Miller is almost every aspect.

...and all too expensive for my budget. :)

So is the Vinten Pro5 good enough for the DVX100. Can't afford the Vision 3.
