I'm trying to incorporate two photos and one company logo into a short promo piece. All three are JPEG files. The photos moved to the timeline just fine but not the logo.

Properties on the logo: JPEG Image; 287 KB; 1255 X 669.

What could be the problem?

Lorinda, I had a similar issue and Ian helped me...seemed it was a CMK or is it CMY issue, I don't know, but and he took it into photoshop and fixed it for me...if you want to send it to me I can try and do the same for you, but I'm just getting ready to leave and won't be back online for a few.

If you have photoshop, basically you want to convert the image to RGB (that is if it is the same issue I had.)

Hey! I just came here after installing Photoshop and changing the image from CMYK to RGB. You're so right; it worked!
