Good evening,

this morning I was shooting with my xlh1. I ran a shotgun mic on xlr 2 and the front mic on channel 1.

I was getting enterior noise from my blind on channel 1 so I turned it down to zero.

On my time line I have a wave form for channel two but I do not get any audio.

How can I seperate them so I can use the existing audio that shows the wave form?

I have a program that does this to SD but it wont work on HD.

can Vegas do this??

Yes. Right click on an audio clip, pull down to Channels, select Right Only.

Copy this event, select all your other audio events that you want changed, right click on one, and pull down to Paste Event Attributes. That will essentially convert the audio track to mono, using the Right ch. of the original source. The original captures are not affected by this.
