Just wanted to share my joy with you.
I�fm finally building with my own two hands The Pro PC for GS100 Pro mini DV camera.

Some might ask Why Pro PC?
Here are my arguments:
1. Its small factor stylish case is brushed stripes aluminum and it�fs same Silver color as mine GS100 Pro cam.
2. I�fve got also fast response (20ms) 17�f�f TFT display (Hyundai panel) to convey the fast moving images captured from my Pro GS100 cam. And Yes – it�fs also silver!
3. The heart of my Pro PC is Pentium4 processor which is much better than Pentium Pro processor so it�fs also Pro just like my silver GS100 Pro cam.
4. And last but not least the OS of my Pro non linear editing PC system is Windows XP Pro.

Now I hope I can find Pro Silver mouse and keyboard to complement my Pro PC system build customary for my Silver Pro Panasonic GS100 cam.

Notice: Last night my Pro GS100 again showed the message of the �emorning due�f. So I was interrupted while shouting Not Professionally my kids playing. I wonder what if I was shooting Pro project? Not very Pro behavior from my Pro GS100! Hmmm�c

So the colour silver is today's cam choice colour? My JVC 1-chip GR-DVL9500U cams are silver, and I shoot professionally with them. However, my computer, monitor and mouse are smoked white---an upgrade is long overdue!

Im using a Pro gray Dell laptop with a Pro silver (but cheap) Elecom USB full sized keyboard and a Pro silver/graphite Logitech mouse

Smoked white sounds much better than boring arse beige.

Sounds like a nice PC.

aaaaaaaaggggghhhhhhhhh. computers computers. used to be my first love before i bought a video camera and spent all of my money. I too have a hyundai monitor. 15" though. brighter colors and i believe a faster fs. my case too is silver however i have a black multimedia key board with a few silver buttons from our freinds at microsoft. to build your own is the only way. save lots of money and is good experience. by the way when you are buying parts for a computer realise that the markup on hardware is only small so not much room for bargaining however for cases keyboards and speakers etc markup is often 100% so be ruthless and save some money. Heh i think we are getting off track here talking about computers after all it is a dv/mx forums. other forums on the site would have kicked you out or moved you to different area in this area. anyways thats all for now
