I've just uninstalled Prospect HD V3 and installed V4 with the upgraded registration info. I don't know what I did wrong but all the cineform editing presets and effects are no longer in my Premier Pro CS3 or CS4. It's basically become useless.

Send you install.log file to support, so we can determine why you PC didn't install correctly. This file is located in Program Files/CineForm/Prospect4K.
