I shoot 40-50min video and my Panasonic breaks it into 2 files. When I transcode using HD Link it does not stitch them together, but it gives me 2 separate files, and when I put them on the time line there is a glitch at the end of the 1st and the beginning of the second, so it looks terrible. Any way to overcome this? Also I would have to color correct with first light 2 separate files - correct? It seems HD link should treat a continuous shoot as 1 file. Any Help?
Thanks,
Tom

Mac or PC?

Google MTSMerger and you will find an application that merge the two AVCHD clips together. Merge the two clips prior to using HDLink.

If you are on a PC you can do it manually by using the Copy command in DOS.
