Please help a retarded, I mean a retired, noob. When I use Neo Scene to convert my MOV files from my 5DMK2 I get a message “No audio stream found”. When I play the converted AVI file using Windows Media Player I do not have any audio but when I play the MOV file I have audio. Can anyone tell me how I can get the audio? This is only a hobby for me so please explain in words I can understand. Thanks for you help.

I'm sorry, I don't have an answer for you.
Have you tried the Cineform forum here at DVInfo?

Moved from the 5DmII forum to Cineform.

It could be that you have the older version of QuickTime installed (need at least v7), or a CineForm component didn't install correctly. First reinstall the latest Neo Scene (only takes a minute), where up to v1.3.5 now. If that doesn't work try Start->Programs->CineForm->Tools->register components. If that doesn't work you likely have another third party tool that is in the way, as the Canon 5D audio is uncompressed and should go straight across. Then you should contact support.

David,
You fixed my problem; I did not have QuickTime installed on my new laptop. Your fast response was very much appreciated. I wish all companies gave the customer service that you do.
Thank you.
