I very upset on the good i order from B&H...i order Canopus DVraptor RT2 MAx With Edius 2 from B&H photo video, I receipted the good but not in complete package as i order from B&H. The item of Canopus Edius 2 (full Version) & Edius LE was missing!!!
Only DVraptor RT max 2 with driver installation CD (3xCD), Originally order was 4 x CD plus Edius Full Version...
Please some one from B&H answer me....

What the difference timezone between Malaysia and United State.
Malaysia time now is 8.00PM Saturday..Any idea in US...

My experience with B&H is that they will send a portion on an order if it is in stock, and sometimes send the rest of the order separately.
In the meantime you can go to their site, log into your account, and track your order. On that page you will be able to see if the rest of the order has been shipped.
I believe the time difference between New York City and Malaysia is 12 hours:
May 8 - 8pm - Malaysia
May 8 - 8am - New York
I shot a film in Malaysia many years ago, 1975. It is a beautiful country and I still have fond memories of my visit.

I checked thru B&H website, it been shipped!!!! I suppose have 2 x boxes of Canopus product DVraptor RT2 max and another Edius full version 2 ship to me….now only one box with DVraptor RT 2 max with me…..

Communicating your problem here will not help you at all. B&H does not offer customer services here.
Phone or email B&H directly to resolve this matter.
