Hi all, first timer here. I have a query. I want to capture screen movement as, for instance , a training exercise for computer users, and want to import it into my pinnacle 9 software and add video footage t0o create a complete video.

I have tried a number of evaluation packages including snagit and camedia studio. These all appear to work very well with capturing and replaying the desktop stuff on a computer (avi files) but have very low resolution when imported into a video, even if I capture zt 25 frames (PAL).

Any one know if this can be done and if so how?

Would appreciate it if there is any info.

Thanks

I've captured web site activity and tutorial material in apps like PhotoShop with Camtasia Recorder, and used the results in finished video a number of times, with resolution identical to the screen activity. I believe Windows Media Encoder also includes a screen capture utility, at no cost, but while I tried it long ago I can't comment on the quality vs Camtasia - I just don't remember.
