Hi,
Ive got a small divx clip i wanna burn to dvd for a client, and i was wondering what prgram i can use to make it work

Try using Rad Video Tools to convert the divX clip to an intermediary format like Animation 720X480 4:3 aspect ratio blah blah blah. The intermediary format should be a format that's nice for your MPEG2 encoder.
DV is also a good intermediary format and less hassle. In this case I would probably go DV.
It should work, although I haven't tested it out. (Sorry, I'm a little lazy right now.)

A lot of NLE's can load the AVI/ASF files, like Vegas and they can
convert it to MPEG2 for example.
