The answer.......... get rid of the bloody thing!! lol
Just upgraded to Matrox RTX 100 extreme pro.
Running Premier Pro (previously on 6.5)
Everything seems to be working flawlessly so far. Touch wood.
So yeah, got sick of years of crashing, black flashes, frame dropping, more crashing, freezing, error messages, and incompatibilities.
Granted it was not all due to the DV500, but now I finally have an NLE that actually seems to be working fine.
Only cost me in all around £2500 :|
Just thought that I'd share it with the people who have helped me through the years with their invaluable advice on this forum.
