What's the best way to rotate the files captured using a mini35 adaptor without recompressing?

I downloaded LEADTOOLS Multimedia EVAL 14.0 but I don't understand how to use the rotation filter... a little help? Thanks for the link btw

With JPEG it is possible, so in theory it should work with DV as
well. I highly doubt there is anything on the market that would
allow for this, though. If you wanted to make such a function
you would basically have to write your own DV codec.

If you are mainly concerned with editing, I'd say just flip the image and never resave it with DV codec , just work with it.
What's the final output? DVD? FILM ?

That's exactly what I do, and it works fine.

Or you require a separate 'flipped' copy for some reason, and you have a lot of hard drive space, just render to an uncompressed AVI.
