Hey Guys

I'm doing a comedy bit for some clients of mine and I have to make a dream sequence for them, I was wondering if you guys knew some ideas of how to do so?

Also I am also looking to make some of the scenes have that soap opera silk look, do you guys know any free filters thats would allow me to do that?
