Grey Lee December 13th, 2004, 07:56 AM check out these pics. I just found them on the cci dvc forum. I was looking and asking for a while for frame grabs with the DVC30 and am impressed with these grabs. its a comparison of the dvc30 and pdx10. Kevin James December 15th, 2004, 08:09 PM I'll try and have some video and stills up this weekend....camera gets here from B+H friday! Kevin James December 21st, 2004, 09:03 PM http://www.barrierislandgraphics.com/_kinetic%20Films/?file=weekendv6.wmv A few clips have a little magic bullet on them, but most of the surfing and skating is straight out of the camera. This is from the first weekend with it, still getting it wired, please excuse some of my exposures. Brian Carrell January 20th, 2005, 04:29 PM here is a short clips of 4 shots, shot in movie mode (cine gamma) It is quicktime and has no audio. these are raw clips, not processed, but this is half-sized and compressed for the web. The colors are a bit brighter and more saturated in the uncompressed original. http://augustmoonstudios.com/dvforum/ Adam Folickman January 21st, 2005, 03:18 AM Brian, It looks very good. Do you remember the settings you shot with ? CineGamma ? It looks like 60 I, right ? Brian Carrell January 21st, 2005, 12:39 PM Yes, I forgot to mention the settings. I shot these clips in movie-mode cine gamma Detail (sharpness) -3 Chroma +3 Phase 0 Temp 0 Pedestal 0 (walking by the water in the coat was +1) shot in manual mode - white balanced to a white card shot with auto exposure on set to -2 60 interlaced - not frame mode. thanks |
