How do u?
Snap cursor to In or Out point?
Also, control left or right arrow is not snapping the cursor to markers. Help

To snap to the in/out markers, just press "R" to create a region there and it will snap the the two borders of the region. You can delete the region afterwards.
Snapping applies to using the mouse. You can then fine-tune things using the keyboard.

yeah, I'm a big fan of keyboard shortcuts. I guess setting an in-point (letter i) and then moving away from it, I want to snap the cursor back to that in point with a keyboard shortcut, but not necessarily creating a marker (letter M).
I'm also using an Intel Mac laptop. It does have a control key however. Maybe I should use a PC keyboard instead.

The arrow keys don't move the events - they move the cursor position.
You *CAN* fine tune the movements of the events by using the 1 and 3 keys on the numeric keypad to move them one frame at a time or 4 an 6 to move them one "pixel" at a time which may be 1 OR MORE frames.

Yes and you can also move frame by frame by pressing Alt with the L or R arrows.
