I'm trying to find some beautiful shots and footage of weather, storms, landscapes, etc.. I'm primarily looking for an 'ominous' mood weather shots. I tried contacting weather & stock footage websites but they charge so much money for every second of footage use.

Since I don't have my camera yet I can't go out and shoot anything yet. Even if I did though, it would be hard to find great scenary.

Anyone here know any cheap sites, or maybe even have some extra footage they'd be willing to 'donate' to my project? If you want some cash, we can discuss that.

Where are you that you can't get any great scenery?

It would help if you specified a geographical location in your profile. How can someone in Hawaii help you if you live in Greenland?

That's a good site, I just checked through it. It is very expensive... I emailed them about the possibility of splitting up the video and selling only certain clips as opposed to a bulk for $250-500. Hopefully they're willing to do it.
