Hey guys, I was filming this weekend and I noticed that I could only zoom in like 10 feet. I'm not sure what I did to my camera. I have never dropped it before. Is there a button I hit or a setting in the camera that I set up without knowing.

Are you having the same results whether you manually zoom or use the button?

Hopefully you did not operate it while in Servo mode? (I mean Manually Force it while engaged!)

No, I didn't force it while in Servo Mode. Yes I can zoom in all the way manually. I'm scared guys.

Sounds like you might have to take it to the service center? I never use Servo thank god.

Yeah if your zoom is ok when manually controlling, there must be something up with the servo. Service time.

Ok I live in VA, where would a good place to send it to be? Also i have the Mac warrenty, so does that cover my cost of the repair if it's under $500.00??

Your original paperwork on your warranty is definitely where you want to look for the correct information. We'd only be guessing.
