Where can I buy lighting mounting hardware in small quantities at a reasonable price?

I want to build some custom light mounts, and need the 5/8-in mounting studs like these at Markertek (http://www.markertek.com/Product.asp?cat=LIGHTING&subcat=&prodclass=LIGHTHDWR&baseItem=LSS%2D1). For such a simple piece of hardware I would hope to find it for significantly less than $10 ea.

I need both the wood-screw mount and the bolt mount.
