Are there any cranes out there that offer manual camera panning? It seems most just offer the tilt. Maybe that's standard and you need to get a motorized pan/tilt device. I talking about
the sub $1500 cranes. Thanks

but the basic answer is.....

ANY crane can have camera panning... all you need to do is mount a head on the end of the crane, add an arm, and bingo.... a crane with manual camera panning.
