I personally use SmartSound as you can fit the music exactly to the clip and it's royalty free too!! Their wedding classics audio pallette is well used!!! You can preview all their libraries on the website.

I bought the whole stock20.com library earlier this summer (and so did many other people thanks to my post here on DVInfo.net.).

Not the best. A bit more suited for commercial work. But still good music, affordable, and in many different time lengths to aid cutting.

The particular song is from the Norwegian-Irish scheme called "Secret Garden". The song is called "Lament". Been a fan of them since day 1 (middle-90s) I can tell you that you can find some even more amazing music in their CDs. It's not royalty-free though! :)
