Hi,

Need some help to determine the best export settings for my project.

Project details are as follows:
FCP 5.4.1
Footage is HDV1080i50, 25fps

I want to export project to the best HD and SD versions possible. Need the SD one first if that's any help. Will be burning via DVDSP 4.1.2

The footage was filmed on a Sony z7 camera HDV1080i50

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
