Noah Kadner and Ned Solz have an article about the HVX200 now posted at 2-Pop:

http://www.uemedia.net/CPC/2-pop/article_13115.shtml

It's a well-written article. Noah won't remember it, but Jan C. introduced me to him briefly at DV Expo West last December in Los Angeles. I told him I was from the one website he doesn't go to. Noah moderates for all the other majors; 2-Pop and DVX User, etc. Honestly I don't understand how some folks like him and Barry Green and a few others can mantain such a huge presence online and still manage to actually get some real work done. I can barely keep up with this thing as it is! Be sure to check out this article,

That must be it. Down here it takes at least a day or two of thinking about going out to get the mail before actually getting around to doing it.

Well Chris as you know us S-Cal's are either in Book stores, coffee shops or at the beach. It just sucks I tell ya!

Oh I forgot one, Strip clubs too! :-)

" Blank! " all the other boards Chris. This is the best board around.

Caveat for those desperately seeking new tidbits on the camera:

The article is pretty much a condensed version of Panasonic's own previously posted white paper on the HVX200 and P2 workflow. No new info and not a review, just a brief summary of what makes all us video junkies salivate over this camera.

Thanks for checking the article out folks. Chris- the way I maintain an online presence is precisely by *not* getting any real work done. :) And Pete, I wish we had an actual camera to play with but the only one available was the plastic thingy at NAB. Stay tuned.

Hi Noah! I like your getting no work done sentiment. That's how I often feel. But "forum hanging out" is hard work :-)

Yeah, considering how much buzz is still going on this long after NAB, when someone actually gets their hands on a pre-production or production HVX the entire internet will probably fall over, burn down, and sink into the swamp from all the traffic about this camera!
