I'm in a bit of a bind so I would really appreciate some advice.

I'm running CS4 on a Dell XPS 600, I have done about a hundred projects without crashes, hiccups, ect. I'm wrapping up my current project and when I open up Adobe Media Encoder, it will not load the project. It spent all night trying to load it and no encoding! The kicker is that I'll open another project, and it loads it and enodes it just fine. Is the project file currupt? Should I try to just send it to Encore? What are my options? I really don't want to start a new project and reedit all of this stuff from scratch. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank You,
Will

Hey Will...

Try getting your sequence into another project. Start a new Premiere project with the same parameters as your problem project, then either do a copy/paste of the timeline/sequence, or try importing that project into your newly created one.

Another thing to try is to make a copy of your sequence, then delete the audio files from the timeline. Then try outputting. I've found in the past that the audio track can be a source of corruption.

I know there are more workarounds.... if I think of any more, I'll post. In the meantime, there's some great troubleshooters around here as well.
