Not sure if this is the right location.

Currently I'm doing my video recording in 720p on a Flip Ultra HD, once I get a more advanced camera it should have 1080p. So I would like to know if I can use the 720p video in 1080p. For me a black outline is fine, but clean up-converting would be better.

Going forward the Flip will be used in "Danger Zones" like underwater or similar locations where its small form factor and waterproof housing (which I'm getting) makes it the ideal tool.

Suggestions?
