A cameraman I have worked with a few times has just helped design a new DSC 3D chart for stereo photography.

Have a look but be warned; it will sell for just under $1,500.00 USD. That seems like a lot but I regularly use a DSC Chroma DuMonde chart for setting up single or multiple F900R cameras and it's replacement every 3 years due to inevitable fading costs nearly this much. Good tools have never come cheap.
