What do you mean by RAW?

Depends on your eyesight. Every export after editing will carry re compression and thus generation loss.

You can export to lossless AVI. But be warned, the file will be huge.

Let alone the hard drive performance needed to play it back...

dave,

the best is 16-bit TIFF sequence. use this setting and you'll be fine. A single frame will be somewhere around 2-6MB depending on the info, so if you're rendering a movie, you'll need a dedicated 1TB hard disk for this.

Are trying to export the video for? Is it edited and you want a master file? Are you attempting to convert your filed footage and take it to another editing system?

All this makes some difference in what recommendation might be best...
