Hi, this is my first post in this forum. I am upgrading to my first pro-level HD camcorder, and have ordered the HMC-150. While I wait for it to arrive, I have been scanning the old posts - lots of useful info here!

Anything in particular that I need to know after I unpack the camera?

There are a lot of things to consider and many will depend on how you plan to use the camera, but one of the best things you can do is buy Barry Greens book on the HMC150.
