Hi there,
This has never happened to me before. Clip Browser isn't launching. I'm on a MacBook Pro, running Snow Leopard 10.6.2, 4GB RAM. Latest version of Clip Browser (2.06).
Any suggestions?
thanks,
Malcolm

Anything hooked up to the computer?
Have you tried uninstall reinstall of ClipBrowser?

Hi Craig,
Yes I did an uninstall (didn't see this option in my XDCAM EX Clip Browser folder, so used AppCleaner) and a reinstall, with the latest version I could find (2.06).
I've got a new ext. display attached. I'll detach it and try to launch Clip Browser again.

Detach any external card readers as well.

I don't have any external card readers attached. But I'll try repairing disk permissions, and then relaunch. (this has never happened to me before, but I guess there's always a first time). Cheers, Malcolm

Repairing disk permissions did it... what a relief.
Craig, thanks for chiming in. It prevented me from panicking.

Snow Leopard seems a bit more "permissions" conscious that Leopard.

BTW I mentioned the SDHC reader because I had a problem with ClipBrowser crashing that was tied to a specific model Sandisk multi card reader as well.
