I emailed Mike Schell through this site but have not received a reply.

I see it is available at B&H, but they are not listed as a premium dealer and they are pushing Scandisk cards for it.

CD's site say BandPro is a premiere dealer;but when you click on the link it says Safari can't find it. The CD site also suggests Able Cinetech; but when you search for Nano Flash there it comes up empty. NanoFlash.net, in the U.S., anyway, seems to be the only place to go other than B&H; but they don't have a phone number on their site, and I'm reluctant to spend three grand at a business I can't reach by phone.

Suggestions, please.

Thanks, Charles.

EDIT: I see nanoflash.net's phone number is on the CD site. Odd it wouldn't be on its own site , however.

Personally I got mine from B&H simply because B&H is one the DVInfo sponsors.

Hi Charles,

Which camera will you be using the nanoFlash with? DVeStore is a site sponsor and actually uses the nanoFlash in production. We have them in stock along with accessories (batteries, p-tap, brackets, cables, monitors etc). You can call or order via our website. Convergent Design nanoFlash at DVcreators.net (http://www.dvcreators.net/convergent-design-nanoflash/) 1-877-353-8077

Dear Charles,

There are many places where you can purchase the nanoFlash.

The phone number for Rick Kelly, of nanoFlash.net - Free World Wide FedEx Express Shippingwith purchase of nanoFlashOrder online or email rick@nanoflash.net (http://www.nanoFlash.net), is 803-349-6881. This is listed at the top of the page on his website.

Yes, you can purchase from Abel Cine Tech, BandPro, Guy Cochran of DVCreators.net, and, of course, B&H.

BandPro's website is Band Pro Film & Digital, Inc. (http://www.BandPro.com), their phone number is 818-841-9655.

Abel Cine Tech's phone number is (888) 223-1599.

We do recommend the Delkin 64 GB cards. We have a great deal of confidence in the Delkin cards. They work up to 220 Mbps.

Here are the DV Info Net site sponsors who are also NanoFlash dealers:

VideoGuys: Videoguys.com - Convergent Design nanoFlash (http://www.videoguys.com/Item/Convergent+Design+nanoFlash/863716C664F6E616E6.aspx)

Abel CineTech: Convergent Design nanoFlash HD/SD Recorder/Player :: Abel Cine Tech (http://www.abelcine.com/store/Convergent-Design-nanoFlash-HD-SD-Recorder-Player/)

DV eStore: http://www.dvcreators.net/convergent-design-nanoflash/

B&H: Convergent Design | nanoFlash HD/SD Recorder/Player | NANOFLASH (http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/600482-REG/Convergent_Design_NANOFLASH_nanoFlash_HD_SD_Recorder_Player_with.html)

By purchasing your NanoFlash from one of the four dealers I've listed above, you are directly supporting DV Info Net, which is most greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for choosing to buy through them,

Soylent Green is... PEOPLE!

Okay, Chris. So if I buy from a sponsor I just tell them to credit DVInfo.net? I prefer to make this purchase by phone rather than online, because I'll have some questions about ancillary things.

Charles,

Supporting DVInfo.net is a good thing. The other possibility is to buy local. I see you are in Colorado. I'm out in Carbondale and I got mine from telecorps in Centennial. You can talk to Brian Ercek there, 303-694-0143. He can also get you all the do-dads to go with the nano. Tell him I said hi.

Also, feel free to contact me off-list. I'll be happy to answer any questions you have.

Sorry if I am thread jacking, but are there any deals or finance options for the nanoFlash? I'm ready to bite the bullet, just not all at once.

Hi Jarred,

We have had success with our customers using Numerica Capital to bridge the gap on high dollar equipment purchases. Basically, you sign their paperwork, then they send us a check and we ship the gear. Give Dan Harris a call below. We have the nanoFlash in stock and ready to ship.

I just wanted to throw in a couple of comments on Guy and Convergent Design. My experience with both of them can only be described as great!

I purchased a very lightly used Sanken CS-3e from Guy. He was very helpful and answered all of my questions. Extremely painless purchase and a very positive experience. I was also in the market for a nanoFlash and Guy was expecting to receive shipment and was keeping me in mind.

However, a used one came up for sale by a fellow DVInfo member before Guy's shipment came in and I was able to save some money. Dan Keaton from CD happened to read the thread of the sale on the forums and took the time to send me an email and gave me his phone number (he even gave me his cell #) in case I had any questions. That's a level of customer service I have never before experienced.

Just wanted to let everyone know of my very positive experiences dealing with these two DVinfo.net sponsors.
