I'm editing my first wedding shot with the Sony NX5U. I used the highest quality setting - 1080i FX 24Mbps. I also used a second camera, a Sony Z1 in 1080i.
I captured to FCP using ProRes 422.
Here's the problem. When I play back the timeline through a Blackmagic Intensity Pro card to a Panasonic monitor, the Z1 footage plays fine but the NX5u footage shows only a still frame. Both clips play fine in the FCP canvas view window. The footage is rendered. I quit and restarted FCP and checked the settings for the BM Intensity card. Everything looks good.
I have a corporate client coming in next week and I'm hoping to get this fixed. Can anyone help?
Thanks,
Joe
