For simple sounds like those, if you are on Windows, there are a lot of dings and things that come as .wav files in the operating system, just search for them. There are sites that offer royalty-free fx (that is, you pay a one-time fee, often not much, and can use the file repeatedly with no further payment) There are also some freebie sites, if you google "free sound effects" or "free sound fx" you will find some.....

sounddogs.com is okay... They have lots of royalty free samples, usually for decent prices.

findsounds.com is a search engine that links to thousands of free sound FX. Are they legal? Who knows.

Sound Effects - Concept:FX Pro Bundle. 1792 royalty-free AIFF and WAV sounds. (http://www.f7sound.com/conbund.htm)

The third disk in this series was relatively cheap and it had a large number of effects. I haven't listened to much of it yet but what I have heard I've liked. They let you play some samples so you can hear in advance some of the effects.
