When will the 8 channel embedded audio be available on the KiPro? Just bought one after reading the brochure that listed 8 channel audio for a big project and I find it only records two channels.

I have version 1.1.1 firmware

Chuck W. - 8-channel audio support is part of the upcoming 2.0 firmware release for Ki Pro. 2.0 firmware will be available for free this summer.

The product manual and the product release notes documents state that at this time we don't offer 8-channel audio support, but I do see this listed in the brochure. Sorry for any confusion on that point; I will speak with our marketing department regarding that information in the brochure.

If the lack of 8-channel audio presents any issue for your immediate needs, please note that AJA has a 30-day return policy for products. Otherwise, the 8-channel audio support will be available to you in the upcoming firmware.
